Drawing Contest!
“My Great Conservation Idea”

Harriett’s announced “My Great Conservation Idea” contest in our winter newsletter. We challenged customers, both big and small to draw a picture of their favorite conservation idea and get it to us by January 31st. The winner gets their creativity published in the spring edition of the Harriett’s Harold, local papers and here on our website. The prize is? The winner had a choice of a $50.00 gift certificate to either Toys R’Us or Barnes and Noble. Our winner, an avid reader chose the Barnes and Noble gift certificate.

Elizabeth’s picture shows a younger brother playing with a dog in the foreground and a Harriett’s oil truck is seen outside through the window. A wise sister (must be Elizabeth) is setting the thermostat at 68 degrees. We notice both the boy and the girl in the picture have sweaters on (the dog apparently doesn’t need one).
