just passed the test to be a

certified technician through the National Oil Heat Alliance. Way to go

Lemmon is no lemon! She’s a real peach as one of Harriett’s
part-time receptionists
going on
her 4th year. Besides ably assisting Harriett’s customers
with a smile,

parenting her nine grandchildren rates high on her scale.

Bob
Collins has been a Harriett’s service technician for 12 years.
A silver
certified technician through the National Oil Heat Alliance he’s testing
this month
for the
highest certification, “The Gold”. He recently took in a two day
workshop on
heat pumps
and all while struggling with lymes disease!

Jeff Guevara stars as
a silver certified technician as rated by the National Oilheat Research
Alliance
and a father
of three beautiful daughters! (Just ask him to show that picture!)
Jeff has been with Harriett's for 10 years.

Rick Parker
A silver
certified technician by the National Oilheat Alliance has been with
Harriett’s since 2000. Rick is a respected and well liked
technician by both his peers and by Harriett’s customers. We’re glad
Rick moved to NJ!

Michele Tiver!
Michele Tiver is our able bodied Accounts
Payable person since 1999 and performs other tasks at Harriett’s as
well. Most recently Michele honed her skills by earning a Certificate
of Continuing Education on Organizing & Managing Accounts Payable from
Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center. Congratulations
Michele!

Brian Powell
Brain is one of the talented and popular water conditioning technicians in
Harriett’s Water Pure Division. Brian took on a new role this winter,
being a Dad.

Dawn O’Donnell
Harriett’s service and install administrative assistant. Dawn has been
with Harriett’s for ten years now and enjoys helping with our various
company functions as well as keeping our service and install departments
running well.

A tie! Steve
Riker, a 15 year employee in Harriett's Water Conditioning Division and
Ruth Hahn who has worked in customer service and sales for16 years on
the oil side.
Congratulations!
Each month in 2005 Harriett's employees will vote amongst their peers as
to who they feel best exhibits the qualities of professionalism;
dependability, helpfulness, customer service skills and quantity of work
completed. The winners get a $100.00 cash prize, their name engraved on
Harriett's Employee of the Month plaque and recognition in our local
paper and on Harriett's web site.
